Privacy Policy for Tipsy

Tipsy (“Tipsy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a social food discovery and networking platform that allows users to connect with friends, discover places, and view and share ratings of restaurants, food venues, and other locations. When you create a Tipsy account, we collect:

If you choose to upload a profile photo, we collect and store that photo so it can be displayed as part of your Tipsy profile.
Uploading a profile photo is optional unless the app clearly states otherwise.

With Other Tipsy Users

- Maintain your account

6. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Tipsy account from within the app.

Some information may remain temporarily in secure backups or system logs while those systems are updated. Information retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes may be kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
